Meet Barrister Aribah Shaikh, Associate Partner at Farhan & Amjad, where her distinguished academic achievements and extensive experience enhance the firm’s capabilities. Barrister Shaikh earned her Bachelor’s in Law from the University of London in 2018 and completed the Bar at Law in 2023, having been called to the Bar at the Hon’ble Society of Lincoln’s Inn.

At Farhan & Amjad, Barrister Shaikh is highly regarded for her expertise in managing complex Intellectual Property (IP) matters. She excels in drafting Notices of Opposition and Counter Statements for Trademarks, representing clients at the Intellectual Property Office, and formulating compelling legal arguments.

Before joining Farhan & Amjad, Barrister Shaikh was an Executive in Legal Affairs at Herbion Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited, where she managed agreements, legal notices, and IP issues. She also represented the company at the National Industrial Relations Commission (NIRC), demonstrating her adeptness in handling complex legal matters and ensuring compliance with SECP regulations.
